Having taken the lead in solving Bodrum's forty-year infrastructure problem, Bodrum Municipality has completed its important project in Dere Street.

Our Directorate of Civil Works teams have completed the first phase of infrastructure and culvert works in Dere Street, located on the border of Umurça and Kumbahçe neighborhoods where undesirable scenes occur during periods of heavy rainfall, as part of the efforts to combat flooding. The first phase involved the construction of a 400-meter rainwater pipeline culvert, which was completed with a pressure concrete top coating. The second phase of the project, which will continue from Şehit Hüseyin Helvacıoğlu Street, will be connected to Dr. Mümtaz Ataman Street.
