WORN TURKISH FLAGS REPLACED ACROSS COASTAL AND ISLAND LOCATIONS
Bodrum Municipality has carried out a programme to replace worn and weathered Turkish flags across the district. The work was delivered by the Funeral Services Unit under the Private Office Directorate, with a particular focus on coastal and island locations.
Between 11 and 15 August, flag renewal was completed at 15 separate points. Flags were replaced at Kargı Island, Çelebi Island, Adaboğazı Inner Island and Küçük Island, Orak Island, Kargıcak Küçük Island, Haremtan Cape, Karaada (Fenerli), Yassıkaya and Yarlı Capes, Kızılburun, Pabuç Bay, Sarnıçlı Bay, Kissebükü Yıldız Island and Hurma Bay in Mazıköy.
