Open Microphone Meeting Held in Bodrum
Bodrum Municipality held the first of its public meetings launched under the slogan “The Floor Is Yours” on Wednesday, 25 June, in front of the Municipality’s Central Service Building, under the leadership of Mayor Tamer Mandalinci.
The meeting was attended by deputy mayors, municipal council members, representatives of political parties, and officials from Muğla Metropolitan Municipality and relevant institutions. Citizens were given the opportunity to directly voice their requests, suggestions and complaints.
During the meeting, which lasted approximately four and a half hours, residents raised issues related to water and transportation, internet infrastructure, road and utility works, zero-waste practices and cleaning services. All requests were recorded by the relevant municipal departments, and the necessary processes to address them were initiated without delay.
