SEASON’S FIRST SEABED CLEAN-UP HELD IN KUMBAHÇE
The season’s first seabed-cleaning operation was carried out on Wednesday, 14 May, starting from the Paşatarlasıshoreline in Kumbahçe Neighbourhood, Bodrum. The work was delivered by the Cleaning Affairs Directorate, under the coordination of Bodrum Municipality’s Support Services Directorate.
Following the operation, the waste recovered from the sea by a volunteer diving team made up of municipal staff was displayed at Kumbahçe Square to raise public awareness.
