The Field Solution teams, affiliated with the Press, Publications and Public Relations Directorate, visited residents aged 65 and above in Gölköy neighborhood at their homes. The teams noted requests and complaints within the scope of municipal services and directed them to the relevant directorates. The Coordination Center is actively monitoring and addressing these requests.
