The team collected requests and complaints from the citizens at the market and directed them to the relevant departments. The Coordination Center is responsible for tracking these requests and complaints. During the visit to Çarşı Neighborhood Market, they interacted with 660 citizens, receiving a total of 33 requests. Additionally, the field solution team identified 3 negative situations on-site, making it a total of 36 requests and complaints forwarded to the relevant departments.
