DEREKÖY NEIGHBORHOOD MARKET VISIT
At the Dereköy Neighborhood market, the Field Solution and Coordination Team visited the market traders. They set up a stand and distributed brochures about Bodrum Municipality's services and activities, including the Halikarnas Newspaper, to the citizens. The team also received requests and complaints from the people at the market and forwarded them to the relevant departments. The Coordination Center is responsible for tracking these requests and complaints. During the visit to Dereköy Neighborhood Market, they interacted with 80 citizens, receiving a total of 10 requests. Additionally, the field solution team identified 11 negative situations on-site, making it a total of 21 requests and complaints forwarded to the relevant departments.
