Officials of the Diretorate of Climate Change & Zero Waste Solutions attended the CrAFt - Creating Actionable Future Cities Project, part of the New European Bauhaus Initiative, in Bologna.
Representatives from 60 cities participated in CrAFt - Creating Actionable Future, coordinated by the Horizon Europe and Norwegian University of Science and Technology, aiming for a sustainable green transformation in housing, architecture, transportation, urban, and rural areas as part of the European Commission's efforts to achieve climate neutrality by 2050.
Furthermore, the kickoff meeting of the FrontAg Nexus Project, in which Bodrum Municipality is a partner, was held in Istanbul last week. The meeting discussed the roadmap for addressing urgent challenges such as climate change, natural resource scarcity, and food insecurity in the Mediterranean region. Officials of the Diretorate of Climate Change & Zero Waste Solutions and Prof. Dr. Tanay Sıdkı Uyar participated in the meeting.
