Throughout the summer, Bodrum City Museum and Archive, under the administration of Bodrum Municipality Culture Inc., has initiated garden talks featuring knowledgeable individuals on various topics related to Bodrum.
These gatherings will cover a wide range of subjects, including literature, history, geography, population exchange, tourism, folklore, local cuisine, sandals, sponge diving, handicrafts, oral history, and memories. The first meeting took place with 1936-born Hüseyin Yeter Şakar, a resident of Bodrum's Kumbahçe Neighborhood, engaging in the conversation.
