Bodrum Maritime Museum, within Bodrum Municipality, has established Bodrum Maritime Museum Publications with the mission of researching and disseminating the maritime history and culture of Bodrum and the region, as well as addressing the lack of local publications focused on maritime culture.
The first book of Bodrum Maritime Museum Publications, titled "Bodrum’un Gayıkları" becomes the initial link in a series of publications continuing to be created in various categories and genres in this field.
