In order to prevent the mandarin gardens, which are one of the indispensable values of Bodrum, from disappearing under concrete, to increase the usage areas of unique mandarin with geographical indication, to diversify their recipes, to increase their economic value and to provide national awareness, "Just a Mandarin Festival 2023" was held in Bitez neighborhood with great enthusiasm.
