People in Turgutreis will have a new and extended living space with a total area of approximately 34 thousand 500 m² after the tender to be made on 14 February, 202.
As the works of the current square in Turgutreis to be transformed into a new extended living space and the recreation process of exterior facade of ‘the business center’ affiliated to Bodrum Municipality are ongoing, a new business center, social facilities, cafes & restaurants, and extended living spaces where people would be able to do sport activities will be built within the scope of the project, mainly in the main square and in the surrounding green areas.
