Milk Distributed Through the “Halk Süt” (Public Milk) Project

Bodrum Municipality has continued milk distribution under the Halk Süt (Public Milk) project, coordinated by the Directorate of Agricultural Services.
As part of the programme, families receive packs containing 12 one-litre cartons of long-life milk per child. Distributions are planned in three-month cycles, with the aim of reaching 1,248 children in total.
The latest distribution began in Akçaalan, where milk was delivered to 60 of the neighbourhood’s 115 registered children. Distributions will continue in Akçaalan next week, before moving on to Karabağ, Turgutreis, Bahçelievlerand other neighbourhoods.
To date, a total of 7,356 litres of milk has been distributed across 29 neighbourhoods.
