An Earthquake Panel titled “Aegean Sea Earthquake Swarm: Possible Volcano and Tsunami Scenarios” was held on Tuesday, 25 February at the Herodot Cultural Centre, organised by Bodrum Municipality.
The panel was delivered to inform and raise public awareness about earthquake swarms occurring in the Aegean Sea, and the potential impacts on the region of a volcanic eruption and tsunami waves that could be triggered by such seismic activity.
