Public meetings and field visits organized by the municipality with a participatory democracy approach were held in the neighborhoods of Sazköy, Çömlekçi, Pınarlıbelen, Mazı, Kumköy, Çamlık, Turgutreis Merkez, Akçaalan, Bahçelievler, Gündoğan, Akyarlar, Gümüşlük, Peksimet, Karabağ, and Koyunbaba. The public meetings will be held in other neighborhoods as well.
