28.02.2025
Bodrum Municipality is once again bringing the community together with its annual Ramadan iftar programme. The series of communal dinners will commence on Saturday, March 1, in front of Türkbükü Café, uniting residents of Bodrum in the spirit of sharing and solidarity.
Throughout the holy month, different neighborhoods across Bodrum will host iftar gatherings, organized by the municipality’s Directorate of Culture & Social Affairs. The second iftar will take place at Bodrum Marketplace on Sunday, March 2, continuing the tradition of strengthening social bonds.
The programme will conclude on Wednesday, March 26, with the long-standing Türkkuyusu Neighborhood Suhoor Program, a cherished tradition spanning over three decades.
Mayor Tamer Mandalinci expressed his joy in bringing the community together during Ramadan:
“We are delighted to share the spiritual atmosphere of Ramadan with our citizens. These iftar gatherings will foster unity, reinforce the spirit of sharing and solidarity and allow us to experience the blessings of this sacred month together. I invite all residents to join us and wish for Ramadan to bring health, peace and prosperity to Bodrum and our country.”
