RENOVATION COMPLETED AT BİNNAZ KARAKAYA SPORTS CENTER

The Bodrum Municipality has completed the repair and maintenance of the floor at Binnaz Karakaya Sports Center. The sports hall has been enhanced to provide a better experience for athletes. The hall, which hosts the training and matches of Yalıkavakspor Women's Handball Team and Bodrum Municipality Bodrumspor Women's Volleyball Team, is one of the most important in the area. Sports people will now perform in a safer environment thanks to the flooring improvements, significantly reducing the risk of injuries. In addition to professional sports, amateur sports and youth academies also take place at Binnaz Karakaya Sports Hall. The Hall serves as a venue for athletes of all ages to train and compete, and it is crucial in promoting sports awareness in Bodrum, getting young people involved in sports and promoting a healthy lifestyle.
Mayor Mandalinci emphasized the importance of maintaining and renovating indoor sports halls, stating:
“We have completed the renovations at Binnaz Karakaya Indoor Sports Hall to provide a better space for our youth and citizens to engage in sports. We had previously renovated the Binnaz Karakaya Indoor Sports Hall to make it suitable for training. Sport is important for healthy individuals and a strong community. We will resolutely continue our efforts to develop sports centers. We are determined to keep working on the growth o our sports center. Our goal is to improve the sports environment for all our residents, regardless of age, and to transform Bodrum into a hub for sports.”
The Bodrum Municipality will continue its efforts to modernize and enhance sports facilities throughout the city.
