BODRUM ITS TOOK PLACE AT EMITT FAIR

Bodrum booth got big attention In East Mediterranean International Tourism and Travel Exhibition (EMITT), which is arranged this year 28th, organized in cooperation with the Municipality and Muğla Metropolitan Municipality. The Bodrum booth, which is took place in Hall number 7, was one of the most remarking areas of the fair.

Organized by Bodrum Municipality and Bodrum Chamber of Commerce’s and preparing with the support of Muğla Metropolitan Municipality Booth opening cocktail, have gathered a lot of tourism professionals.

The booth, which is of interest intense the visiters during the fairs, presented a big important platform to promote Bodrum’s tourism potencial.

Tamer Mandalinci, Mayor of Bodrum, remarking that Bodrum is a big tourism destination not only Türkiye but also international arena and said:

"Bodrum is a geography that provided services not only with its sea, nature, climate and tourism, but also with its versatile properties. It is a destination that continues to host its guests with its unique beauties not only three or four months of the year but also during twelve months.We are working to transfer on this legacy left to us by our anchestors to future generations. We will protect, develop and survive this values which was entrusted us. Bodrum is our country’s tourism brand and one of the world’s tourism attraction center. We will continue our works with understanding the pupil of world Bodrum and vision of World City Muğla as always remarks that our Mr. Mayor Ahmet Aras. We are preparing a tourism master plan with the aim of increase our tourism potential. We will formed winter and summer cooridors. We will developped diving tourism in summer cooridors and increase activities as a Bodrum Cup. Meanwhile winter cooridors we also aim to, promoting our culinary and regional herbs, highligt Bodrum in Gastronomy area . We give an importance continuity of “Bitter Herb Festival”.

Ahmet Aras , Mayor of Muğla Metropolitan Municipality, also remarked that he will act together with the thirteen districts of Muğla and said the following:

"As an one of the most tangible exemple of this unity and togetherness, we attended the London Tourism Fair for the first time and represented all our districts there. Muğla among the dsitrict who participating the fair from Türkiye, was one of the most notable cities. In Muğla, one of the most important tourism destinations in the world, we are in strong cooperation with our tourism professionals, hoteliers, investors, professional chambers and our people. Our promotional activities will continue in Berlin. Our goal is to make Muğla the most important tourism center in the Mediterranean.”
