Mayor Mandalinci: “ We produce the solutions in the field not at the desk”

As part of the field works, Mayor Tamer Mandalinci paid visits to the Farilya and Gündoğan neighbourhoods. On November the 20th, Wednesday, Mayor Mandalinci met with the local shopkeepers and citizens in Farilya and Gündoan neighbourhoods.

During the visit, Mayor Mandalinci, accompanied with CHP Muğla Provincial Chairman Zekican BALCI, CHP District Chairman Tuna IŞIN, Deputy Mayor Ahmet Yıldızhan, Bodrum Municipal Council Members, Muğla Metropolitan Municipality District Services 1th Area Department Chairman Deputy Mayor Kadriye Erkal Yıldırım, Muğla Metropolitan and Bodrum Municipality departments heads inspected the problems of the districts and received requests by the local shopkeepers and citizens. The committee paid visits to Farilya Neighbourhood Mukhtar Akın Yılankaya and Gündoğan Neighnourhood Mukhtar Ali İneci.

Having also inspected the maintenance and repair works in the old service building on Atatürk Street and the building that will serve as a Kindergarten and study center for the student, Mayor Mandalinci received information about the works from the relevant municipal department heads. Having examined the complaints on-site received the requests from citizens, Mayor Mandalinci continued his field visit in Gündoğan marketplace. Mandalinci instructed the relevant managers to examine and work on the incoming requests and suggestions. Mayor Mandalinci remarked that he shall continue his field visits to determine the problems on-site produced rapid solutions, “As part of the field visits, we get in touch with the citizens throughout Bodrum. At first hand, listening the demands and suggestions related with the municipal services, other institutions and organizations, provides us to faster take action. Speaking of the municipal services, Bodrum has a very large geography. For this reason, there sometimes might be inevitably some areas, to which with a fully capacity we can’t provide our services. We are aiming to solve these problems urgently with face to face conversations with the local shopkeepers and citizens in all the neighbourhoods of Bodrum."
