CALL CENTER BUREAU CONDUCTED 5300 HOURS OF CALLS IN 2023

Bodrum Municipality Ensures No Call Goes Unanswered



The Call Center Burea of Bodrum Municipality responded to over 190,000 calls in the year 2023.


Operating 24/7 with a dedicated team of 24 personnel, Bodrum Municipality's Call Center Bureau serves as a crucial link, gathering and forwarding citizens' requests, suggestions and concerns to the relevant departments. Using the call numbers "444 00 48" and "153," the bureau provided continuous service from January to December 2023, in total 5.295 hours and 44 minutes, responding to 190.298 calls.

The Call Center Bureau, easily accessible for citizens seeking various municipal services, records and forwards a diverse range of requests, complaints and suggestions, spanning from civil works and cleaning services to social and cultural initiatives, parks, greeen spaces, street animals and municipal inspections. Furthermore, it documents and redirects issues not falling under Bodrum Municipality's jurisdiction to other relevant public institutions like Muğla Metropolitan Municipality, DSİ, AYDEM, Turkish Telekom, District Governorship, and Police Directorate.

In 2023, a total of 53,646 requests, complaints and suggestions were received by Bodrum Municipality through Flexcity, all managed and conveyed to relevant institutions and directorates by the Call Center Bureau personnel.

All The Communication Channels of the Municipality Active

Beyond the calls, the Call Center Bureau diligently records and manages complaints and requests received through other communication channels like e-mail, WhatsApp, Solution Desk Bureau and Social Media.

Utilizing the WhatsApp Hot-Line, 14.739 requests and suggestions were forwarded to the relevant municipal directorates. Furthermore, a total of 9.537 requests and complaints received through social media and external institutions were directed to the relevant directorates and organizations for resolution via email.

Stating that the Call Center Bureau has handled 798.888 calls over four years, Mayor Ahmet Aras emphasized, "Bodrum municipality is dedicated to serving the citizens day and night. We strive to address all citizens’ requests and complaints by promptly routing them to the relevant directorates, institutions and organizations. We maintain open communication channels for our citizens to reach us at any time."
