REPUBLIC DAY CELEBRATIONS IN BODRUM FOR THE 100th ANNIVERSARY

As part of the 100th-year celebration of the Republic of Türkiye, Bodrum Municipality is set to host various events. The enthusiasm for the Republic will be celebrated in Bodrum with a range of events across the peninsula.
The 100th-anniversary celebrations will include sports competitions, tournaments, dance performances, air shows, theater plays, documentary and film screenings, discussion sessions, and a series of concerts. Moreover, entry to Bodrum Maritime Museum will be free for one day on October 29, 2023. The celebration program will conclude on Sunday, October 29, at 21:00 in Belediye Square with a concert by Ece Seçkin and simultaneously at Turgutreis Şevket Sabancı Park with the Pusula band concert.
Expressing the pride and excitement for the 100th year of our Republic and discussing the celebrations, Mayor Ahmet Aras said: "We will continue to work with all our might to perpetuate the Republic, which our Great Leader Mustafa Kemal Atatürk bestowed upon us, and to always walk in the path he laid out. To fully embrace the spirit of the Republic in the 100th year of our Republic, we will come together in Bodrum with various events. While inviting all our citizens to join our events, I particularly invite you to meet in the squares with Turkish flags in hand on the evening of October 29 and celebrate our 100th year together."
