FIELD SOLUTION SERVICE - VISITS FROM THE MUNICIPALITY

Within the scope of the ‘Field Solution Service’ initiated by Bodrum Municipality all around the Bodrum Peninsula, visits to the people residing in Bodrum continue.

Having been formed of expert and dynamic young people providing service to the people residing in Bodrum, the municipal teams under the ‘Directorate of Press, Publications and Public Relations’ of Bodrum Municipality visit all homes and workplaces within the sub-province and carry out inventory study. In this regard, based on the planned visit schedule, the municipal teams continue to provide service to the people residing in Bodrum, to explain the projects of the municipality, to listen to the demands, suggestions and to ensure that the problems are resolved at earliest.

Since May the municipal ‘field solution teams’ have been visiting households in need, having requests and meeting them. Within the scope of the surveys conducted by Bodrum Municipality, significant amount of data regarding old and disabled people in need has been acquired. Primary needs of citizens based are assessed based on the acquired data of the unemplyment rate and the number of children as well. In order to meet the demands of citizens, the prepared reports are forwarded to the related departments of the municipality. Moreover, the demands received by people residing in Bodrum regarding the street and road works run by non-municipal but other state departments are forwarded to those departments. All the demands of citizens are being met with the fast information flow provided by the municipal units.

The Field solution teams, who are with the citizens in adverse situations such as fire, flood, natural disaster, act in accordance with the needs of the citizens whose homes and workplaces were damaged and work in coordination with the related municipal departments. In addition, field solution teams visit the couples with new born babies on a planned schedule in line with the requests received within the scope of the ‘Welcome Baby Project’ (Hoşgeldin Bebek Projesi).

Municipal field solution teams are at service of people. Even if no demands are received, the solution teams forward the problems to the related municipal and non-municipal state departments for resolvements, which have been noticed in the field trips.
