THE PARTICIPANTS LEFT THE AGRICULTURE CAMP HAPPY

Having been organized this year for the second time by the ‘Directorate of Agricultural Services’ of Bodrum Municipality, ‘Garaova Youth Agriculture Camp’s 3rd term participants of 2022 left the camp happy after receiving their certificates.
Having come from all over Turkey and the world, the 3rd term participants of the ‘Garaova Youth Agriculture Camp’, who were trained by academicians and agricultural engineers on many subjects such as medicinal aromatic plants, sustainable agriculture, seed growing, animal husbandry, and beekeeping, completed their camp terms. Having been sent off to their hometowns after having received their certificates by the Deputy Mayor Tayfun Yılmaz on behalf of Bodrum Mayor Ahmet Aras, the participants thanked Bodrum Municipality for organizing such an organization.
Having stated that very good information was given out during the camp and that they apperceived the meaning of living in touch with nature, the students put into words that they had a pleasant time during the lavender-harvesting. The students also experienced lavender oil production with the distillation machine, provided by the ‘Directorate of Agricultural Services’ of Bodrum Municipality.
