PINARLIBELEN MARKETPLACE AND SOCIAL EVENT AREA 75% COMPLETE

Bodrum Municipality continues the construction of the Marketplace and Social Event Area Project in Pınarlıbelen Neighbourhood.
The project, coordinated by the Directorate of Public Works, has reached 75% completion. Following the tender process and site handover to the contractor, foundation and excavation works were completed in a short time.
The multi-purpose facility is being built on a 1,414-square-metre site and will have a gross construction area of 987.97 square metres. Roof works are currently under way. Planned for completion by the end of September, the facility will include a 425-square-metre covered marketplace, a bridal room, social facilities, a municipal police unit and a kitchen area. The project is designed to provide residents with a modern space for both shopping and community events.
Mayor Tamer Mandalinci inspected the site and instructed the relevant units to complete ongoing projects across the district as soon as possible. Mandalinci also said planning was continuing for new project areas in line with neighbourhood needs.
