SURFACE DRESSING ASPHALT WORKS CONTINUE ACROSS BODRUM

Bodrum Municipality is continuing planned surface dressing asphalt works to improve transport infrastructure across the district.
Teams from the Directorate of Public Works have completed surface dressing works on a 15-kilometre route starting in Gökpınar Neighbourhood and ending in Pınarlıbelen, connecting five neighbourhoods. Works on the road linking Çömlekçi and Bahçeyakası neighbourhoods have also reached the final stage.
The municipality plans to complete around 100 kilometres of surface dressing asphalt works across Bodrum by the end of the year. Following the completion of the first 15-kilometre section, teams are continuing work in different neighbourhoods in line with the planned programme.
The works aim to make transport between neighbourhoods safer and more comfortable, improve road standards and strengthen local access.
Bodrum Municipality stated road construction and maintenance works would continue throughout the year according to priority needs across the district.
