BODRUM MUNICIPALITY SUPPORTS 87 HOUSEHOLDS THROUGH “DON’T THROW AWAY, SHARE” PROJECT

Bodrum Municipality continues to support residents in need through its “Don’t Throw Away, Share” project.
Since the beginning of 2026, 265 household items have been delivered to 87 households across the Bodrum Peninsula as part of the project, which is run by the Social Services Office under the Culture, Arts and Social Affairs Directorate.
Usable second-hand furniture, white goods, kitchenware and other household items donated by residents are collected, sorted and assessed by municipal teams. Following social assessments and home visits, the items are delivered to households identified as being in need.
The project aims to prevent waste while strengthening social solidarity across the district.
