PUBLIC SPACE AND SAFETY CHECKS CONTINUE IN BODRUM

Bodrum Municipality’s Municipal Enforcement Directorate and Bodrum District Police Department have continued joint inspections in Gümbet, Gölköy, Güvercinlik and Mumcular.
The operation focused on removing unauthorised obstructions from pavements, roadsides and other public areas to improve safety and accessibility. Businesses and residents were asked to remove items occupying public space, while unattended materials were collected by municipal teams and taken into official custody.
Penalties were also issued to several motorcyclists for improper parking and obstructing pavements.
Inspections and enforcement operations will continue throughout Bodrum during the year.
