Bodrum Municipality is providing residents with free body composition analysis through the “Mobile Scales (Gezen Tartı) Project”, delivered by the Health Services Office under the Directorate of Culture, Arts and Social Services.

The first stage of the programme was held on 27–28 January 2026 at the Karaova Culture and Arts Centre, where around 200 residents from Mumcular, Gölbaşı and Karaova received the service.

Assessments were carried out by the Health Services Office dietitian, including measurements such as body fat percentage, muscle mass and metabolic rate, alongside guidance tailored to individual health goals. The next stop will be Bahçeyaka on Thursday, 29 January, between 10.30 and 15.30, at the Bahçeyaka Neighbourhood Head’s Office Building. Participants should be fasting for four hours and must avoid alcohol for 24 hours beforehand; the service cannot be provided to those using electronic medical devices, those with metal prostheses or implants, or pregnant women or those with suspected pregnancy. Further information is available via 444 00 48 or 0 (252) 358 67 04.
