MAYOR MANDALİNCİ JOINS MORNING RUN IN BİTEZ

Mayor Tamer Mandalinci continues to participate actively in local sports activities alongside his busy fieldwork schedule. Most recently, he joined athletes in Bitez for a Sunday morning run organised by MacFit sports enthusiasts.
The run began at Bitez Marina, where Mayor Mandalinci was accompanied by Bodrum Deputy Mayor Kanat Hasan Özsert. The group ran together to the Aktur area before returning to the starting point at the marina, completing the full route as a team.
“We Owe Our Energy to Sport”
Speaking after the run, Mayor Mandalinci highlighted the role of physical activity in maintaining both physical and mental fitness:
“We owe the stamina required for our intensive field schedule to sport. Whenever possible, I continue to exercise individually and by joining local events. Our investments in sports and facility development in Bodrum will continue at full pace. We are working for everyone.”
Also on the Trail in Marmaris
Mayor Mandalinci recently took part in the Marmaris Ultra Trail competitions, demonstrating his support for regional sports events through direct participation. Running alongside Marmaris Mayor Acar Ünlü, he successfully completed the 16K race on the first day and the 5K event on the second day.
