Bodrum Municipality enhances the city’s visual appeal with newly designed and locally produced urban furniture
Bodrum Municipality continues its efforts to improve urban aesthetics with new additions to its range of locally manufactured public furniture.
Produced by the Workshops Office of the Directorate of Support Services, the new designs include benches that convert into tables, pergola-style picnic tables, wooden planters, ashtray-integrated bins and various types of fences made of wood, rope or wire. Cat shelters and wooden display cabinets for public information boards have also been crafted and are now being placed across Bodrum’s main streets, parks, green spaces and coastal promenades.
Blue-and-White Aesthetic for a Harmonious Cityscape
All urban furniture has been painted in Bodrum’s iconic blue and white colours, ensuring harmony with the city’s coastal identity. The production and installation of the new furniture will continue across designated areas as part of Bodrum Municipality’s ongoing urban beautification plan.
