Bodrum Municipality is refreshing neighbourhood squares with newly designed benches, bins and shaded seating areas produced in its own workshops.

Bodrum Municipality is replacing worn-out public furniture with newly designed pieces produced in its own workshops, bringing fresh life and comfort to neighbourhood squares and public spaces.

Produced by the Directorate of Support Services, the new benches, waste bins and seating units are being installed to replace furniture that has deteriorated over time or been damaged by external conditions.

Most recently, municipal teams carried out a comprehensive renewal in Cumhuriyet Square, located at the junction of Karaova and Mumcular. Old benches were replaced with new designs, wooden-clad litter bins were installed at various points, and a shaded seating group was built next to the bus stop to provide comfort for residents.

In total, 37 benches were renewed and 13 wooden bins installed across Karaova, Gölbaşı and Mumcular neighbourhoods as part of the project.

Bodrum Municipality will continue its scheduled renewal works across different districts of Bodrum, ensuring a consistent upgrade of public spaces.
