As part of the financial procedures carried out by the Municipality, temporary disruptions are currently being experienced in processes related to the 2026 assessments of Property Tax, Environmental Cleaning Tax, Advertisement and Signage Tax, and other municipal revenues, due to technical and/or system-related reasons.

As a result of these disruptions, the assessment procedures forming the basis of the above-mentioned taxes cannot be processed temporarily. However, upon request and for use in official transactions, information on the fair market value (rayiç değer) used for property tax purposes can still be provided.

Work to resolve the issue is being carried out meticulously by the relevant departments, with the aim of completing the process as soon as possible. Once the work has been finalised, further information will be shared via the Municipality’s official communication channels.

During this period, the necessary measures are being taken to ensure that taxpayers do not experience any loss of rights or inconvenience.
