In order to ensure the sustainability of our country’s tourism, to establish it as a strong and lasting brand, and to prevent the formation of negative impressions among tourists visiting our country, restrictions on construction activities have been imposed during the tourism season, defined as the period between ‘May 15 and October 15’. The relevant directive, numbered ‘2025/3’, is attached herewith.

Within this scope, previous circulars issued by the Ministry of Culture and Tourism—2015/3 and 2024/7—have been repealed.
