BODRUM CITY THEATRE WELCOMES NEW TALENTS: A STAGE FOR RISING STARS
To bring fresh talent to the stage, the Municipal City Theatre organized an extensive casting call.
The Bodrum Municipality City Theatre auditions were overseen by a distinguished jury that included General Artistic Director, playwright, director and actor Metin Zakoğlu; State Opera and Ballet Dancer and Actress Serap Aksoy; Bahçeşehir University Conservatory Theatre Department Instructor and Director Serkan Üstüner; and Bodrum City Orchestra Conductor Adil Sevencan.
Held on August 19th and 20th at the Bodrum Municipality Nurol Cultural Center, the auditions were open to actors of all ages who graduated from conservatory acting programmes. Through a fair and transparent process, new faces passionate about theatre were welcomed into the Bodrum Municipality City Theatre family.

Having attracted a host of talented performers eager to join the Bodrum Municipality City Theatres, The auditions not only brought new talent to the stage but also demonstrated the strong enthusiasm for performing arts in Bodrum.
A New Season of Theatre Begins in Bodrum
In the 2024-2025 season, Bodrum Municipality City Theatres will feature four plays, performing on four evenings each week at the Bodrum Municipality Nurol Cultural Center and the Herodotus Cultural Center. The repertoire and ticket sales will be announced on Tuesday, August 27th, with the first performances scheduled for the week of October 1st.
