BODRUM MUNICIPALITY REPORTS HIGH RESPONSE RATE TO PUBLIC REQUESTS

Bodrum Municipality has reported a high resolution rate for public requests received through its call centre and digital communication channels in the first seven months of 2026.


Between 1 January and 31 July, the municipal Call Centre received 115,498 calls. Call centre representatives held more than 2,620 hours of conversations with residents and registered requests for follow-up by the relevant municipal directorates.

During this period, 91,772 requests were submitted to the municipality through the Call Centre, with 87.57% of them concluded.

Requests were also received through other channels. Around 27,000 applications submitted via the municipal website and email were resolved at a rate of 83.86%. A further 515 requests sent through the AI-supported digital service channel reached an 86.02% resolution rate, while 78.8% of the 11,476 requests received through the WhatsApp communication line were concluded.

Applications requiring field work or operational planning were included in the programmes of the relevant units and placed under follow-up.

Bodrum Municipality said it would continue to provide accessible, transparent and solution-focused communication services for residents.
