Bodrum Municipality is actively continuing surface improvement works in areas where infrastructure upgrades by other institutions have been completed.
In Küçükbük Neighborhood, where stormwater lines were renewed during the winter, electrical lines were moved underground by AYDEM and faulty water lines were replaced by MUSKI, the municipality’s Directorate of Civil Works has launched surface asphalt and repair projects.
Starting on Sunday, June 1st, comprehensive hot asphalt paving was carried out on Hebil and Farilya Streets, as well as Yamaç Street. In addition, patchwork repairs were conducted on Fevzi Çakmak Street and its adjoining roads. Concrete patching has also been completed on several side streets across the neighborhood.
Küçükbük Neighborhood Headman Ali Akbulut, who closely followed the progress on-site, said:
“MUSKI has completed its works. For the past three days, the municipality’s Public Works teams have been working on surface improvements. Asphalt is being renewed, and patching is being done. Küçükbük is now ready for the holiday. We appreciate the very efforts of Mayor Tamer Mandalinci, Ahmet Yıldızhan, the Deputy Mayor in charge of Public Works and Municipal Council Member İbrahim Özten for their contributions.”
The Public Works teams of the municipality will continue their scheduled surface improvement efforts across the district without interruption.
